Not at all. The Happy Soul Circle warmly welcomes both men and women. This work, releasing limiting beliefs, rebuilding confidence, finding clarity and taking aligned action, is beautifully human work. Men are very much part of this community, and they belong here every bit as much.
Absolutely. So much of what we do is grounded in practical, proven tools from neuroscience, CBT and NLP. You don't need to believe in anything to feel the benefit. The deeper, more reflective work is always offered gently, with no pressure. You take what resonates and leave the rest. Many people who think this isn't quite their thing end up pleasantly surprised.
The live group session is around 90 minutes. Everything beyond that is entirely up to you. Some members enjoy a few minutes in the Vault each day, others save it for a quiet weekend. There's no pressure and no falling behind. You move at the pace that feels right for your life.
In a kind, private and well looked after community, on a platform that's familiar and easy to use, with nothing complicated to learn. Our live sessions are held on Zoom and recorded for you, and all your resources live in one simple Member Vault.
We connect through a private WhatsApp community, chosen for its simplicity and warmth.
